Job Description

Objective
To identify, engage, and qualify potential leads while driving business growth by following established guidelines and protocols. The SDR will play a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring client retention, and safeguarding company interests by filtering out high-risk customers.

Activities

  • Identify and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media.

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Envia.com's target customer profile.

  • Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their shipping needs.

  • Conduct engaging product and service demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts with favorable terms.

  • Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships to convert leads.

  • Attend industry events to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.

  • Track and report performance metrics.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams for process improvement.

Authorities

  • Authorized to negotiate contract terms within predefined guidelines.

  • Empowered to qualify or disqualify leads based on company policies.

  • May initiate client onboarding in coordination with other departments.

Scope of the Position
The SDR operates across the sales and client engagement spectrum, influencing lead qualification, early relationship-building, and collaboration with marketing, onboarding, and operations teams.
