Job Description
Objective
To identify, engage, and qualify potential leads while driving business growth by following established guidelines and protocols. The SDR will play a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring client retention, and safeguarding company interests by filtering out high-risk customers.
Activities
Identify and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Envia.com's target customer profile.
Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their shipping needs.
Conduct engaging product and service demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts with favorable terms.
Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong business relationships to convert leads.
Attend industry events to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report performance metrics.
Provide feedback to internal teams for process improvement.
Authorities
Authorized to negotiate contract terms within predefined guidelines.
Empowered to qualify or disqualify leads based on company policies.
May initiate client onboarding in coordination with other departments.
